I had the pleasure of knowing Rose for just about 15 years and worked directly with her for 8 of those years. A wonderful caring person who provided guidance, supervision and support to all who needed her help. She will be greatly missed and I will always remember her friendship and kindness. The regular gatherings of the old Independence group will not be same without her, but she will be remembered. May God bless her.

I will ALWAYS remember Rose, she was one of a kind. One of the nicest people I have EVER met!!! She was kind, strong, funny, had a great heart, was full of love and kindness (that she tried hiding behind her tough exterior). She was all heart!
