Marie Gatto Passaretti age 94 of East Brunswick passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 19, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving and devoted family. Born in Brooklyn, she had resided in the Parlin section of Sayreville for 50 years before moving to East Brunswick in 2003. Mrs. Passaretti was a communicant of Our Lady of Victories R. C. Church in Sayreville.

She is predeceased by her husband Frank Passaretti in 1971 and her siblings. Surviving are her children and their spouses Marie & Gordon Cook of Parlin, Joseph & Cathy Passaretti of South Amboy, Frances & Tom Scott of East Brunswick, Julia Passaretti of Sayreville and Frank Passaretti of East Brunswick, her grandchildren Jeffrey, Christina, Stacey, Nicholas, Naura and Kaitlyn and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral services are private under the direction of the Maliszewski Memorial Home 121 Main Street Sayreville with burial at New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
