Sayreville
Thomas ”Tommy” Olsen age 50 of Sayreville passed away peacefully on Thursday August 28, 2014 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy with his loving family and close friends at his side. Born in Perth Amboy he has resided in Sayreville all of his life. Tommy was employed as an MEM Mechanic for Pepsi Bottling Group in Piscataway for the past 15 years. He was a member of Sayreville Engine Company #1 and a member of the Sayreville Exempt Firemen Association.

He is predeceased by his parents Douglas “Ace” and Patricia Trzoniec Olsen, and his aunts and uncle Mary Jane Eberle and Wesley & Marie Olsen. Surviving are his wife of 17 years Lori Sladic-Olsen, his sister Doreen Laskiewicz and her husband Steven of Jackson, his aunt and uncle Gladys & Donald Rzepka of South Amboy and Jack Trzonick of Maryland and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11:30am at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin with burial to follow at New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
