Old Bridge
Norbert Rice age 61 of Old Bridge passed away Wednesday November 26, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson, New Brunswick. Born in New Brunswick he has resided in Old Bridge for the past 35 years. Before his retirement he was employed as a supervisor at Systems Orientated and JSR Contracting Co. in East Brunswick for 20 years. Norbert was a communicant of Saint Thomas R. C. Church in Old Bridge.
He is predeceased by his twin sons Christopher and Matthew and his mother Violet Rice. Surviving are his wife Donna Denegar Rice, his son Nicholas Rice, his father Joseph Rice, his siblings and their spouses Ramona & William Bohnyak and Joseph & Candice Rice and many loving nieces and nephews. Norbert will be loved and missed and will stay in his family’s hearts forever.
Calling hours will be held Friday December 12, 2014 at the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Avenue South River from 6pm to 9pm. A funeral mass will be offered 11am on Saturday December 13, 2014 at St Thomas R. C. Church in Old Bridge with interment to follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick. In lieu of flowers, donations in Norbert’s name may be made to the family in care of the Maliszewski Funeral Home.
