Patrick A. Williams, age 62 of Howell passed away Sunday November 15, 2015 at his home. Born in Jersey City, he had lived in Sayreville and South River for 30 years before moving to Howell 4 years ago. Before his retirement, Pat worked as an administrative assistant at Schindler Elevator in Manhattan, for 25 years.
Pat was extremely active with many Sayreville youth programs. He dedicated many years as coach, board member and mentor with the Our Lady of Victories Athletic Association, Sayreville Soccer and the Sayreville Youth Group.
He is predeceased by his parents Jack and Mary and his brother John.
Surviving are his children Patrick Jr. and Amy of Sayreville, Holli and Rich Klosek of Howell, his beloved grandchildren RJ, Abigail, Mary, Catherine, and Peri, his siblings and their spouses, Phil and Faith, David and Gail, Susan and Joseph Ferdinando, Karen and Andrew Katz, his sister in law Marianne, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday 10am at the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Ave. South River with a burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in South Brunswick.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 5pm to 9pm.
