Helen F  Hong (Hung)
Helen F. Hong, age 74 of Sayreville passed away Wednesday, March 30th 2016 at her home. Born in Manhattan, NY she had resided in Sayreville for the past 48 years. She was employed as a Broker/Sales Associate by Weichert Realtor in Old Bridge for 30 years and she was also a Licensed NJ Real Estate Instructor. She is an active Member of the Simpson United Methodist Church in Old Bridge where she also taught Sunday School, participated in Bible Studies and was an Officer of the United Methodist Women.

She is predeceased by her parents One L. and Lum Choy Hung and her brother Harry Hung. Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Tommy, her daughters and their spouses Karen and Mansel Ellis of Bristow, VA and Patricia and Clifford Frasca of Parkland, FL, her grandchildren Brittany, Nicholas, and Faith Ellis and Kara, Karisa and Carston Frasca and her siblings James of NY, Mary Lee of Hightstown, Sue Dudek of Hightstown, Gertrude Chan of Vancouver, Robert Hung of Hightstown and Nancy Wong of PA.

Visitation will be Sunday from 3pm to 5pm at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with a 6pm Service of Life, Death and Resurrection to follow at Simpson United Methodist Church, 2095 Route 516, Old Bridge. A graveside service will take place on Monday 12pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 385 Mercer St, Hightstown.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Helen’s name to the Simpson United Methodist Church’s building fund
