Salvatore J. Raspa, age 88 of the Parlin section of Sayreville passed away Tuesday, November 15th 2016 at his home. Born in Highland Park he had resided in Parlin for 58 years. Before his retirement he was employed as a Foreman for JCP & L in Sayreville. Mr. Raspa was a US Army Veteran serving during WWII.

Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Kosh, his daughter Donna Raspa-Almog of Spotswood, his granddaughters Claire Smith and Emily Almog and his great-granddaughter Lea Rose Smith.

Funeral services will be held 10am Saturday at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with burial to follow at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in East Brunswick.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be Friday from 6pm to 9pm.
In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Salvatore’s name to St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, , 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
